The submarine valve of oil tank truck, also known as the emergency shut-off valve of oil tank truck, is installed at the bottom of the oil tank truck. The valve disc is sealed in the tank. There is a cut-off groove on the valve body. After it is subjected to the violent external force, the valve body will be disconnected along the cut-off groove. Under the condition of not affecting the sealing of the tank, the pipeline under the vehicle can be separated from the tank, so as to effectively prevent the oil leakage in the tank and ensure the safety of transportation. It is suitable for shipping water, diesel, gasoline and other light oil products

The submarine valve adopts single acting cylinder structure, and the piston rod is pulled out by compressed air. Open the spring of the middle plunger, open it, and the medium passes through. After the work, close the air source. The middle plunger relies on the spring to reset the seal and close the valve.

In order to ensure that the valve has good working ability, the following conditions must be met:

1. When the submarine valve is working, the pressure of the system air source must be more than 0.4MPa

2. The valve body and middle plunger must be highly sealed

3. The spring must keep enough elastic force to return
