Article 1 the general rules for the safety of hazardous chemical operations shall be strictly implemented.

Second, do a good job of pipeline, valve, grounding device and other equipment inspection, all valves and power supply should be in normal state. The fire-fighting equipment is in good condition and effective and placed in the designated position.

Third, strictly implement the process flow and open or close the valve as required.

Article 4 guide the vehicle to stop at the designated position, prompt the driver to turn off the engine, and check whether the safety facilities of the tank truck are in good condition and effective.

Article 5 the anti-static grounding wire shall be well connected before operation. The whole process of operation must be supervised by a special person.

Article 6 oil distribution

1. Insert the hose into the opening of the tank, send out the command to start the pump and open the valve.

2. When the flow meter is close to the quantity, reduce the flow and send the preparation and stop instructions to the pump operator.

3. After loading, take out the hose, control the remaining oil, put it into the oil receiving barrel, and close the tank cover.

Article 7 oil unloading:

1. When unloading, the hose should be connected well, and there should be no leakage or oil overflow in the pipeline, joint and oil collecting tank.

2. After unloading, cover the tank tightly, and the vehicles leave the site according to the specified route.

Article 8 the working staff shall get on and off the working platform and oil tank truck at the specified place.

Article 9 after the completion of the operation, the site shall be cleaned up and the oil pollution shall be removed in time.

Article 10 oil distribution and unloading operations shall be stopped in thunderstorm days.
